What we collect
When you send an enquiry
The form asks for your name, business name, phone number, what you need and an optional message. It's sent to us by email so we can reply. We use it only to answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to work with you.
When you message us on WhatsApp
WhatsApp buttons open a chat in WhatsApp. Those messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, and we see your name and number there like any other chat.
Analytics, only if you allow it
If you tap Allow, we use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit, roughly where they're visiting from, what device they use, and whether they tap our WhatsApp, phone or email links. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. If you tap No thanks, it doesn't load.
Basic server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps short-term technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure and running.
What we don't do
We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to reply and work with you, and delete them sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you've given us, or withdraw your consent, by writing to us at hello@codekraftstudio.com. You can also change your analytics choice at any time.
